EVA special red Cuvee. The rare blend of Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Gamza, and Egiodola reaffirms the philosophy that fine wine is an art. The grapes are selected from the finest hand-collected and limited-yield plots and there is a limited quantity of 2670 bottles. Dominated by the aromas of fresh and dried red and black fruits, complemented by a note of vanilla with a slight mineral aftertaste, this blend is suitable for red meat, game, and mature cheese. The wine has very good ageing potential.
